yes, you need to give yourself permission about a new belief but you must also clear out the objections. So determine what are the objections and from where they come. For example, you might say &quot;I give myself permission to succeed&quot; but also check if there is reason why you feel that perhaps you don&#039;t deserve to succeed and that way you can also work on clearing the old belief about not deserving.
